Maleka Banu said that in the light of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the human rights of all people are established based on their birthright, but the current human rights situation around the world is different. Although there are various international laws in the establishment of human rights, it cannot be said that they are playing an effective role. The UN is also concerned about the ongoing situation in Gaza today. He said that in order to ensure the human rights of all, irrespective of men and women, all kinds of violence going on at the family, social and state level must be stopped. He emphasized on ensuring security in public life by preventing the violence going on in the central house of the upcoming 12th national parliament election in Bangladesh.

Other leaders present said that the history of human rights violations is increasing due to ongoing wars and conflict situations around the world. The rise of new forms of violence in the wake of human rights violations is disrupting the security of life for all, including women. Although various programs have been implemented by the organization to stop violence against women and girls, subordinate and discriminatory attitudes towards women are being observed at all levels including education and employment in the family sector due to the patriarchal social system. Speakers also said, in the light of the principle of wanting peace, not war, to overcome situations like human rights violations, to establish an equal, just and democratic society for men and women, all kinds of violence, including political violence, should be stopped; Valuing women's intelligence and their patriotism; The state should focus on black money and abuse of power, prevention of drug use and establishment and implementation of equal laws for all.

Dalit community representative Sirisha said, 'Dalit community people have no right on land. They are deprived of all civil benefits as human beings. He urged to establish an egalitarian society by removing all kinds of discrimination.

Dr. Fawzia Muslim said, "World peace has disappeared today in the chaos of war and conflict going on all over the world. The situation in Bangladesh is no exception. All classes of people including minorities, tribals, dalit women are victims of violence today. To make development sustainable, it is not enough to develop infrastructure alone. Invest in education, health, good governance for the welfare of common people; The Human Rights Commission should be empowered to function independently; Independence of the Judiciary must be ensured; Be vocal against corruption; The Constitution of 1972 must be re-established; In order to build the country in the spirit of the liberation war, he urged the state to take steps to establish democracy along with improvements in education and culture.

About hundred people including leaders of the organization's central committee, editors, officials, print and electronic media journalists were present in the human chain.
