The death toll from Israel's attack on Gaza has exceeded 4,218. On Saturday (October 21), the country's news agency Wafa News quoted the Palestinian Authority as saying that more than 4,000 people have been killed so far in the last 14 days of the war.

The Ministry of Health of the Palestinian Authority said that according to the figures available as of Friday evening - 4 thousand 218 Palestinians have been killed in the Israeli attack in Gaza and the West Bank. Among the Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks, 70 percent of the casualties were women, children and elderly citizens. Meanwhile, Gaza Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf Al-Qedra said that 1,661 children were among the dead. Accordingly, 40 percent of the total casualties are children.

It should be noted that on the morning of October 7, the Palestinian independence organization Hamas launched an unprecedented attack on Israel.
