A brilliant student from Durgapur, West Bengal died mysteriously while doing research at Umea University in Sweden.
Her frozen body was recovered from the flat. The police have arrested one person so far in connection with the death of the research student.
Deceased Roshni Das was a resident of DPL township of Durgapur. After Honors in Biology, he did Masters in Biotechnology. Then he moved to Sweden in 2018. There he was researching neuroscience at Umea University.
Roshni's mother said that she last spoke to her daughter on September 29. Then on October 12, the Swedish Embassy informed that Roshni's dead body was found in the flat. The mother and the whole family are completely confused about how the daughter died. A Swedish national has been arrested in the incident.
