The government has extended the time for the registration of Hajj until 31 December as the quota has not been filled yet.
The time of registration for Hajj will not be extended further.
As per the previous declaration, 10 December was the last date for the registration of Hajj. The registration began on November 15.
A notification issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs Ministry on Sunday said the final list of Hajj pilgrims for 2024 will need to be sent to the Saudi Hajj and Umrah Ministry by January 7, following the recent decision of the Saudi government.
